  • A control takes place on the SIRET Number, but that is only relevant for structures based in France.

When entering the SIRET number, some questions are filled in automatically via an integration of the INSEE database.

Only French structures registered with the French public administration are authorized to submit applications to the Orange Foundation.

The questions filled in automatically cannot be modified. If they are not up-to-date, it is up to you to take the necessary steps with the public administration so that they are.

  • For partners in France, the tool checks the Societe.com database for the existence of the SIRET, and automatically enters and inserts the administrative information found.

  • The Société.com database is directly connected to Infogreffe. If the administrative information is inaccurate, this means that Infogreffe has not updated your information.

  • The document from the Préfecture specifying the new SIRET must be provided.

You need to update the information on the project submission platform, upload the document from the Prefecture in the "attachments" area, then validate the file so that your new information is taken into account.

The procedure is described in detail in the question "How do I modify my project?"
